The associate rate applies when the instruction comes from a patent or IP law firm (or patent attorney) acting on behalf of the applicant. Please mention your firm name when requesting a quote or sending instructions. Instructions received directly from applicants are charged at our standard fees.
To file, please send us the application documents, applicant and inventor details, and a Power of Attorney (a general POA form is available). We will confirm receipt and the filing deadline promptly.
